Transformation has been the common thread throughout my life's work, but it was also born from my own journey.

Long before I became a coach, hypnotherapist, author, or entrepreneur, I struggled with challenges that many people face but few openly discuss. Beginning in my early teens, I experienced depression, low self-worth, and a deep sense of disconnection from myself. Like many who are hurting, I searched for ways to cope and eventually developed an unhealthy relationship with alcohol that followed me into adulthood.

Everything changed when I was 25 years old.

After experiencing a traumatic assault, I found myself struggling with PTSD, debilitating fear, anxiety, and a profound loss of safety and trust in the world around me. What initially felt like the darkest period of my life ultimately became the catalyst for a much deeper healing journey.

As I searched for answers, I immersed myself in personal growth, spirituality, energy psychology, consciousness studies, and holistic healing. What began as a quest to heal myself evolved into a lifelong passion for helping others navigate their own transformation.

In 2006, I opened my first practice, working with clients using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Over the following years, I pursued extensive training in a variety of healing modalities, including energy work, body-centered approaches, and consciousness-based practices.

In 2009, I began formal training in Clinical Hypnotherapy. By 2010, I had completed certification through an accredited hypnotherapy program while also earning a Master's degree in Metaphysical Science, Practitioner status, and ordination as a minister.

Over the past two decades, I have worked with individuals from many different backgrounds, including entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, parents, and those navigating significant life transitions. While much of my earlier work focused on business owners and high achievers, I came to recognize that the challenges people face are rarely limited to a single area of life.

Whether someone is struggling with confidence, purpose, relationships, emotional healing, spiritual growth, or a major life transition, the deeper issues often stem from the same place: unconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, unresolved experiences, and disconnection from their authentic self.

Today, my work focuses on personal transformation, spiritual growth, and helping individuals move beyond what is keeping them stuck.

I integrate coaching, hypnotherapy, subconscious reconditioning, and spiritual principles to support meaningful and lasting change. My approach is both practical and intuitive, blending personal development with a deeper understanding of consciousness, self-awareness, and human potential.

I believe transformation is not about becoming someone else.

It is about releasing what no longer serves you and remembering who you truly are beneath the fear, conditioning, self-doubt, and limitations that may have accumulated along the way.

My clients come to me for many reasons. Some are seeking clarity and direction. Others are navigating difficult transitions, emotional challenges, or a sense that something in their life is no longer aligned. Many simply know there is more available to them and are ready to explore what that means.

Regardless of where you are on your journey, my intention is to provide a safe, supportive space for growth, healing, self-discovery, and transformation.
