Winner’s Circle

The Winner’s Circle includes weekly live group hypnosis sessions every Tuesday at 12:00pm PST / 3:00pm EST. Each session is recorded and available in the Replay section, so you can revisit the guided hypnosis whenever it suits you.

Membership in Winner's Circle is either month-to-month or year-to-year depending on your preference. If you decide to cancel, upgrade or downgrade to a different Academy offering, you can conveniently do so from within you account settings.

Clinical research proves that hypnosis is very safe and highly effective (93% Effective with an Average of 6 Sessions).  

Contrary to various myths and misconceptions about hypnosis, it is a naturally occurring state that we experience daily. Hypnotherapy is the process to using proven methods to induce the state for the purpose of reprograming beliefs and behaviors stored at the subconscious level of the mind. 

When working with a trained professional, the experience is not only safe, it is very enjoyable and collaborative. 

Here are a few helpful facts about hypnosis: 

Hypnosis is the process of using language to relax your mind and body, creating a slowing of your brainwaves from a beta (normal waking state) to alpha, delta and theta (similar to meditation). During this process, the resistive part of your mind shifts into a receptive state allowing you to make positive behavioral changes and replace negative beliefs with empowering beliefs.

There are three levels of hypnotic depth. The first level is similar to a very deep state of relaxation; during this stage you are still consciously aware, yet in a heightened state of suggestibility (i.e.: your ability to make changes at a subconscious level). Many people confuse this stage as simply being relaxed, because it is not  what they expect hypnosis to be like. This is a major misconception that has many people thinking they cannot be hypnotized when in fact they can. More often than not, we will do your mindset work at this level.

The second level of hypnosis is a deeper state which may actually feel like an altered state of consciousness. It is common to experience heightened senses (pronounced hearing, vivid visualizations and heightened physical sensations).  There is still some conscious awareness during this stage.

The third level of hypnosis has three sublevels of depth. This deepest level is most commonly associated with hypnosis. During this stage you are consciously unaware, and this depth is frequently misidentified as sleep. Unlike sleep, you are still in a heightened state of suggestibility; therefore, in a controlled mental state. For instance, when deep levels of hypnosis are used for medical procedures (called Hypno-Anesthesia) the intent is to keep an individual in an unconscious state so they do not feel pain. If this same individual were to be asleep, they would wake up as soon as the scalpel broke through the skin.

Interesting Fact 1: Individuals most susceptible to stage hypnosis go into the second and third level of hypnosis almost instantly when induced by hypnotic techniques. This is why many people mistakenly believe all hypnosis should look and feel like you are unconscious.

Interesting Fact 2: The higher your IQ the more receptive you are to hypnosis and its benefits.
