Terms and Conditions
All private coaching programs are non cancellable and non refundable for any reason. By accepting to the terms and agreements, you have authorized Alicia Cramer to charge your credit card for any unpaid charges on the dates set forth herein in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Every effort has been made to accurately represent our program and its potential. Any claims made of actual earnings or examples of actual results can be verified upon request. The testimonials and examples used are exceptional results, don't apply to the average purchaser and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual's success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation. As with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money.
Acknowledgement of Services and Fees
All clients are required to accept the Acknowledgement of Services and pay at or before time of service. Clients participating in phone or Skype sessions acknowledge and agree to all contractual terms and conditions of service by completing payment. Your payment authorization serves as a legally binding agreement. Services are non-refundable. You agree to all terms and conditions prior to your first session.
Services include: all sessions - group or individual, workshops, speaking events, group programs, customized audios including guided hypnosis audios, consultations and/or assessments, consulting work whether done with client or independently; additional fees including shipping and handling are also non-refundable; non-included services fall under: pre-recorded digital products offered to the general public, which are refundable if requested by purchaser within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Important Details Regarding Coaching Sessions/Packages
An initial session is typically 45-60 minutes, occasionally longer. Follow up sessions, depending on the clients needs, are usually 30-45 minutes and can sometimes be as long as 60 minutes.
It is advised that you participate in the phone or Skype call session in a quiet private environment where you will not be distracted or disturbed.
Sessions are customized and include a variety of subconscious reconditioning techniques. There may or may not be conventional hypnotherapy during any given session; however, various forms of conversational hypnosis, NLP, and other relevant modalities will be employed to achieve the desired result.
Some challenges require multiple sessions for complete relief and/or to achieve the goal. Virtually every session will yield some degree of results; however, certain challenges are deeper engrained and have significantly more resistance to change than others.
Services are non-refundable. However, client satisfaction is extremely important to me. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you are encouraged to let me know so we can come to a mutually appropriate solution.
An up to agreed upon number of sessions in any given package is not to exceed one session per week, unless otherwise agreed upon or at the recommendation of the coach (Alicia Cramer). Each package or program has a set duration and is not to exceed the duration unless pre-agreed upon or unforeseen circumstances arise. In the case of the Catalyst Program, the client may receive up to 3 sessions; however, the amount of sessions used is determined by: the necessity for sessions to improve the specific goal (if more sessions are needed above and beyond the maximum of 3 sessions, another installment of $500 will be required), the one month period has been exceeded without the client utilizing potential remaining sessions. Refunds will not be provided for services not used during a given month or package term, including coaching/support calls or done for you hours. 30 days notice is required by either party to end on-going services. Clients enter into a mutually binding contract to protect both parties.
Clients have access to me via private email and cell phone. Any phone conversations above and beyond the agreed upon monthly calls and/or call duration will be applied to and/or deducted from use of future sessions within package/program or done for you hours if applicable. Use of my private contact information is limited to business related matters.
Up to one weekly or monthly 30 minute coaching/strategy calls in select packages cannot be banked or rolled over to be used during a different month. While they are available for use by the client's choosing, it is a use it or loose it system.
Any done for you services included in a monthly retainer or package are not to exceed the allotted hours per month. Up to hours of done for you services are not intended to be treated like a billed/hourly employee or contractor. They are exclusively for the purpose of supporting the client with their marketing strategy implementation. If the hours are not used in any given month, hours cannot be banked or rolled over and used during a different month.
VIP Client Retainer
The monthly retainer fee is $500, ongoing until cancelled. Notice of cancellation is required prior to the next billing cycle. Alternately, an annual retainer is available for $5,000 (a savings of $1,000 per year). VIP Clients can book sessions as needed, up to one session per week, with additional sessions at a low rate of only $100 per session. (Additional sessions include any session requested beyond the maximum of one session per week; i.e.: if the included weekly session has been used and the client wants a second session during that week.
Sessions cannot be rolled over, banked, or accumulated for use after the package duration or for use of multiple sessions in any given week. The purpose of the retainer is to guarantee you a session each week if you want/need one. VIP clients are given priority over non-VIP clients.
Non-VIP clients are scheduled availability permitting.
Services are not refundable, unless a mutual agreement is reached due to unforeseen circumstances. Your payment serves as a mutually binding contract to protect both parties.
Definition and Policies
Business coaching is a type of personal or human resource development. It provides positive support, feedback and advice to an individual or group basis to improve their personal effectiveness in the business setting. Business coaching includes executive coaching, corporate coaching and leadership coaching.
There are almost as many different ways of delivering business coaching as there are business coaches. Some offer personal support and feedback, others combine a coaching approach with practical and structured business planning and bring a disciplined accountability to the relationship. Particularly in the small business market, business coaching is as much about driving profit as it is about developing the person.
No Call Policy (No Show Policy)
Clients who miss their scheduled appointments without providing a minimum of 12 hours notice will be charged full-price for that session. Refunds are not provided for remaining sessions if a client is released from contract/package due to missing scheduled sessions.
