When I started my business over a decade ago, I was the classic underdog. I grew up in a dysfunctional home with constant money stress. I had alcoholic workaholic parents. Felt incredibly lonely most of the time. Struggled with severe depression as a teen. And made a lot of bad choices throughout my 20s.
Needless to say, I did not have a good mindset... and sure as hell did not have good childhood programming. But the desire to create a better life for myself was there.
I've learned that most entrepreneurs have that inner desire. An inner knowing that life is supposed to be better. Yet, that old programming tends to either hold people back completely or severely hinder their results.
For me, the determination to breakthrough my limitations was strong. I committed to master my mind, my emotions, and my life. I learned advanced techniques for reconditioning my mind, and tested them with my clients.

Meet the Founder of the Business Mastery Academy
Alicia Cramer C.Ht., M.Msc.
If you'd like to learn more about my story and how I became a business mindset coach, you can read more on the About Page. For now, I'll provide a brief introduction and backstory.
I was an aspiring entrepreneur from the age of 18. But growing up with a lot of depression, violence, anger, and alcohol addiction didn't exactly set me up for success.
My early attempts at business resulted in failure, even as significant as bankruptcy in my early 20s.
In my mid-20s I was assaulted. It was painfully traumatizing, but became the catalyst for me to go on a deep healing journey that turned my life around.
My passion for helping others overcome their emotional wounds kicked into high gear, and I started a small EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practice in 2006. Unfortunately, I still had a lot of disempowering beliefs about myself that kept me from achieving my goals, and after a few months I ended up getting a job managing a cellphone store to pay the bills.
Surprise! I found out I was pregnant and my deepest desire and values to be a good mom became the big why to finally figure out how to do business right.
I went back to school while pregnant (and managing the store) and got my certification as a hypnotherapist. My practice opened January 2010, and since then I have continued to grow personally and professionally.
Over the past decade I have coached and consulted hundreds of private clients and served thousands through my digital products and programs. While I've become quite good at business, my real genius is identifying self-limiting beliefs and patterns and helping my clients shift them. I whole-heartedly believe that mindset is the foundation that allows us to create everything we want in life and business.
I know first hand what we are capable of. I have been in the depths of despair, struggled painfully, and overcome massive obstacles... But I was able to create an incredible life for myself that is full of abundance, love, and blessings.
I also know, from working with amazing individuals who have held themselves back in various areas of life and business, that no matter where you are right now, you can create a wonderful life and a successful business.
I am grateful to be on this journey with you, and humbled that you are willing to put your trust in me with your most precious and valuable asset... your mind.
